This is Bianco’s latest effort entitled “Momentum” released in 2011 and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. This is one artist from New York that brings to the table effective songwriting coupled with a high-energy vocal delivery that doesn’t back down.
The opening track "Breakin’ sets the stage rather well for this CD. It was a great intro piece which was the perfect intro piece and had me well focused for what lied ahead. All in all the whole CD is wonderfully simple and full of Rock, R&B and even modern Pop moments that are pure and full of variety. Musical overtones reminded me a bit of Alanis Morissette, Janis Joplin, from Bette Midler to Sheryl Crow. There are some fantastic grooves on this CD which gives this CD a modern poppy vibe. Bianco’s vocal presence and in your face defiance works well track for track and her band is tight and just grooves well together. She has a raspy quality to there voice that
is very distinct in a good way.

Conclusion:
This CD will simply make your day a brighter place. The strong suit of Bianco is her ability to make the connection with many female listeners out there, yet be marketable for a male audience as well. It’s obvious to me she feels comfortable letting it all hang out on every track. At the end of the CD you will find yourself inspired, invigorated and happier than you were 45 minutes prior.
