Chigger Red

Chigger Red is one hell of a rock and roll band. From the bands L.A. club scene roots to national indie and now a major label distributed act (Sony Music Germany). Chigger Red is wideley recognized as the band to watch for if you are a fan of real rock n roll. CR's music is one part blues one part southern rock with a fine blend of boogie and hard rock...Think of the music as country music for rock music fans. CR has just released its 3rd CD "The Hard Road " in 2003 which promises to be one of the finest R n R albums released in a long time. As Michael B. Smith editor of Gritz magazine wrote "Chigger Red is like having a 220 volt taped to your nads...makes me want to stand on my desk and play air guitar!!

Snakes-n-Angels

Snakes-n-Angels is a 3-piece rock/blues group from North Carolina. They have 2 awesome vocalists, which give the listeners variety in styles. Their music combines the layered, keyboard sounds of pop-rock with the bluesy grit of their own new-Southern rock-n-roll.
They have faced more person trials and tribulations then any 5 people should be asked to face, and they still come back from each set back more focused and ready to Rock.

Graveyard Booggie Band
". I've traded guitars with Drew Lumbar,drank beer with Sid Yocum, jammed at the "Savoy" with Duane Allman and sat in with "Dickey Betts and Great Southern". I was always with the right people, just never at the right time. There is no time like the present. This site and all The Graveyard Boogie Band does hence forth is dedicated to the memory of Leon "Thumper" Wilkeson and Dave "Rock Bottom" York. "Rejoice in the Lord, oh ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright. Praise the Lord with harp: sing unto Him with the Psaltery and an instrument of ten strings: Sing unto Him a new song: play skillfully with a loud noise. Southern Rock Allstars
Aptly billed the Southern Rock Allstars, the band's lineup features founding or former members of such hard driving Southern Rock acts as Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet, and The Rossington Band. These prime movers and shakers are back on the road brewing their own hard hitting, guitar-seasoned brand of rock and blues.

Black Oak Arkansas
Black Oak Arkansas won a loyal and dedicated following for their good time music during the early Seventies. Although they enjoyed some album success, the American southern boogie band built its reputation on hard gigging, and constant touring.

Jay Hooks
Jay Hooks is a powerful Texas guitarist. His trio has recently finished thier second album and just got back to the USA after touring Europe. They are currently working on material for their upcomming CD.

Steve Grisham
Steve Grisham was a member of 'The Outlaws' southern rock band from 1981 to 1986, and recorded one album with the band in 1986, called 'Soldiers Of Fortune'. On that album he co-wrote the songs "The Outlaw" and "Lady Luck". Before that he penned the hit song "Keepin' Our Love Alive" for the Henry Paul Band. Steve moved to Nashville in 1988 and took a job as a staff writer for Ronnie Milsap's Publishing Company.

Southern Cross
Formed in early 1986 under the name Renegade, now known as the band Southern Cross, they enjoyed instant success in the dingy little roadhouses that they usually called home. They broke into the major markets in Texas with a vengeance and drive that had not been seen since a certain "Little Ole Band From Texas" had hit the big time.

We are a hard-edged Florida Blues/Rock Band. We have appeared on the bill with The Allman Brothers, Gov't Mule, Ted Nugent, Fabulous T-birds,Outlaws, etc.

Haywood's Kin
We're just a collection of people that have been influenced by a number of different musical tastes. Once we started mixing the differences it came together as music with an undeniable southern flavor. Some of its hard, some of its soft, some rock, some country. No matter what you call it, it's what we are and we hope you like it.

Georgia style blues rock with a touch of southern rock. Due to the phenomenal success of SOUTHERN GENTLEMEN "Exotic Dancer Blues" guitar/vocalist David T. Chastain decided to delve a little deeper into his blues side with this new band.

Janet Ryan and Straight Up
Straight Up! blends the wailing voice of singer/songwriter Janet Ryan, with the talents of blues guitarist/singer Ray Chaput. The feel of the music is blues, and it's combined with a uniquely soulful rock/funk sound, expanding on classics, taking them to another level. You can feel the influence of Etta James and Janis Joplin, the blues of Buddy Guy and Junior Wells, and the soul of Otis Redding and Aretha Franklin.
