Snakes-n-Angels is a 3-piece rock/blues group from North Carolina.
They have 2 awesome vocalists, which give the listeners variety in
styles. Their music combines the layered, keyboard sounds of pop-rock
with the bluesy grit of their own new-Southern rock-n-roll.
They have faced more person trials and tribulations then any 5 people
should be asked to face, and they still come back from each set back
more focused and ready to Rock.
One may attempt to compare CATERINE to a number of artists/guitarists, yet
no comparison could describe the emotional power reflected in his picturesque
style. He has the sheer ability to create a passionate relationship between
the listener and his compositions. A journey for the mind - one which can leave
you feeling emotionally alive..Cognition: kag-'ni-shen n. [come to know] (15 cen.)
the act or process of knowing, including both awareness and judgment.
TL2's guitar work can rock, shred, get funky, and even play with soul.
He was voted one of 12 Best Undiscovered quitarist by Guitar9.com and
has been a session player for the EvO:R Tracks Across America
Project as well as making special appearences on works by Triskelion Matrix,
Quaid Cranium (when Eilrahc was under investigation), Neal Allen's Southern Logic,
Autocad, Nannette Stephenson, Karl Kalbaugh, Daniel, and more. His current solo project
is called Life Without Light and his current band project is with ASH.
In 1978 Cotolo left New York for Hollywood. Hooking up with legendary personality
Wolfman Jack, Frank began a decade-long working relationship with the groundbreaking
Frank became The Wolfman's full-time writer (for radio, TV and
stage shows) as well as he played the part of "Mars," The Wolfman's radio sidekick.
With The Wolfman, Frank wrote, performed on and sometimes produced radio programs
heard around the world.
Ash - Men must be born and reborn to belong- Their bodies must be formed of the dust
of the fore fathers bones........ASH is the Collaborative works of Neal Allen, Vance Savage & Charlie Harrelson.
These Three musicians of EvO:R Group have joined forces to create some of the Hottest Rock
Tracks evor! Led up by the Tremendous Guitar work of Charlie Harrelson, the group has
been working on their first album to be released hopefully by the end of the year
in 2004. These musicians come from varied backgrounds of Rock which adds a Lush touch
to their sound. These musicians also live in seperate parts of the country and have
created these tracks in the private studio's in their homes. Thru the compositional
work of all three members they are attempting to cross sound barriers that haven't been
E.P. to be released soon
Nicki was originally trained in classical piano. She began using her musical background
to teach herself to play the guitar and together with that, she started writing songs.
Exposed to the emotion of those first few songs, friends of Nicki's convinced her to
perform at a local pub's open mic night. That performance opened the door for her to
start playing on a regular basis at area bars, coffee shops and music festivals.
In little over a year Nicki was nominated for 'Best Female Vocalist' in a 1998 reader
pole in Columbus's local arts and leisure newspaper.
SEVEN SOURCES is the brain-child of Joel Pirard. It became the outlet
for much of the backlogged material, but soon I wanted to 'release'
some of it, during my MP3 'initiation.' "I believe that the 7S material
has somehow been overlooked because of all the hoopla JDA has received
. I am thrilled that I am getting some recognition for my own merits."
"I tend to record as I hear it in my head. My songs range from simple
bluesy works to lengthy epics. My influences are many. I count bands
like Kansas, Yes, Genesis, ELP, Pink Floyd, as well as others like
Jeff Beck Group, Journey, Alan Parsons Project. among them."
JDA is more original without leaving their Brit-Pop roots.
Having lived in England some years back, this tune reminded
me of walks on the moors, dinners in rural pubs and the shrinking
pound years. Took me somewhere. That's good. 'What Has Gone Before,'
I assume, is titled to refer to sounds of the Brit-Pop wonder years.
If not, it works out fab, because this instrumental medley of sounds
is an aural documentary of famous '60s rock album 'feels.' Harrison
slide-guitar riffs, Moody Blues embellished movements, Blind Faith
pianos, you name it.
We can Daniel the Renaissance Man, because "renaissance" means
in the spirit of rebirth. I mean a rebirth or a re-emergence of the aesthetic spirit of rock. I believe artistic
rock has been the classical music of this era. The great rock artists are the Michaelangelos of this era. The rock artist must be a
competent, compelling poet who can appeal to ladies of quality and thoughtful men.....Daniel
Daniel is, "a brilliant singer/songwriter whose folk/alternative almost Celtic sngs inspire and provoke reflection on life's struggles."-Earbuzz.com
Chris Patrick Chamblee
A complex humor and depth of this often times over looked artist, songwriter, producer,
and musician that not only knows his way around the music industry, but also his way
around a kitchen and the surrounding landscape as well. His free spirited innocence is
comforting, almost contagious, in a word, fun. With a history that involves being signed
by four different record labels, numerous rankings on world wide airplay charts, and a
credentials sheet six pages long, you would think that an artist of this calibur would
be a household name by now. This is Chris Patrick Chamblee...
Chigger Red is one hell of a rock and roll band. From the bands L.A. club scene roots to national indie and
now a major label distributed act (Sony Music Germany). Chigger Red is wideley recognized as the band to watch
for if you are a fan of real rock n roll. CR's music is one part blues one part southern rock with a fine
blend of boogie and hard rock...Think of the music as country music for rock music fans. CR has just released
its 3rd CD "The Hard Road " in 2003 which promises to be one of the finest R n R albums released in a long
time. As Michael B. Smith editor of Gritz magazine wrote "Chigger Red is like having a 220 volt taped to your
nads...makes me want to stand on my desk and play air guitar!!
Formed in 1995, Eve's Regret gained a following as a band with no limits. From the drum
inspired "Paradox", to the heavy and melodic "Purple Room", Eve continues to write without
boundaries and has become one of the longest lasting acts in the San Francisco Bay area.
The Band was signed to Blind Lizard Productions and given a small sum of money to record
on. At this point they took the money and built their own studio, and released their
first full length CD "Saving Detroit" on December 1st 2000. The band is currently writing
and recording their next effort.
Jon Bare is a modern-day Renaissance man and a study in contrasts.
Singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer, engineer, inventor, author
and educator, Jon is the driving force behind the highly acclaimed
KILLER WHALES and SHREDZILLA CD's. His newest release, ORCASTRA, is
similarly a study in contrasts. Jon has produced seven albums of his
own music and has written a book and accompanying CD-ROM entitled
"Recording The Electric Guitar," to be published early in 2001 by
Music Maker Publications, the publishers of RECORDING magazine.
"Every artist has their own significant way of saying something that someone will
hear when they need to. For example, when I first listened to John Lennon's Imagine,
I knew immediately how it made me feel. It brought out certain emotions and thoughts
like 'exactly... that's what I would say too!'. I have since remade that song in my own
way too, because the message is something I strongly believe in. Everyone is the same,
everyone is equal. Everyone is loved." So who does he sound like? "Well, I've had people compare me to artists like Phil
Collins, Savage Garden, Enrique Iglesias, George Michael and even Bon Jovi. I don't
see that myself. But it's interesting to get that mixed feedback. With such a varied
bag of comparisons, one might say I have a 'unique' sound!"
Neil Dobson/Fabulous Hats
The Fabulous Hatsí debut CD features twelve originals with a classic rock vibe, almost as though it
is an artifact from a lost 1970s recording session with Gram Parsons and Keith Richards with Dick Dale
chiming in on the Chief songwriter Neil Dobson weaves a number of influences through the self-penned
tunes and while he doesnít reinvent the wheel here, he does add new rims and flashy hubcaps to give the
discís classic sound some spark. The opening track, "Whereís My Yesterday," already sounds like a hit for
country radio; itís as catchy and lyrically deft as anything on the country charts while "Shake Shake" and
"Rainclouds Burst" both have infectious choruses that stick in the ear long after the CD player has been switched off.
The wistful quality to the lyrics and vocals of "I Fall for You," is nicely offset by the raucous surf rock
inspired "Dickís Descent" in this record that wears its varied inspirations proudly on its sleeve. odd track.
