Matthew Buchanan's music is a blend of alternative, folk/folk-rock with a heavy emphasis on counterculture and social issues. He hopes to use music to raise environmental awareness, and open minds to alternative ways of thinking and being.

Green Man Music is a site promoting the acoustic guitar-orientated prog-folk music of Doug Peters. Doug's CD "Sacred Water" is a personal piece of work inspired by travels through both the physical and spiritual landscapes of England, Scotland, the USA and Mexico. This eclectic style of music has been described as "Celtic" "Spanish" "Folk Rock" "Dark" and "Upbeat" amongst others - if that hasn't confused you by now, listen to the CD and give it your own name. We like just "prog-folk".

Lua Nigra is a brazilian mysteriuos folk artist's project. The music from Lua Nigra is dark accoustic and lustful, called for some people as dark folk. His only work is an independent self titled cd with four tracks recorded in 2001. Lua Nigra is inspired by obscure and lascivious desires, and also by Magick. This link is from a mp3 called "Saliva y Sangre" and is about carnal love and Lilith. It is found in a dark brazilian web page called Carcasse.

The 4Trees is an influential Hip-Hop family from the Pacific Northwest whose core members consists of The Nomadic Storyteller, N-Dever, AJD, and Infinity. They are frequently joined by honorary members Wynn-a-fresh, Raymond Tha Archer, Broken Imagery, Chuck Chee$e, Alias Beats & several others. Originally formed on the central Oregon coast in Newport, the group is now based in Eugene where they own and operate Ghetto House Productions and Empty Safe Skateboarding. Kevin Kowalski, Carson Edwards, Pat Bordwell, & Jesse Cobb ride for Empty Safe Skateboarding among others & G.H.P. recently added B.DaTruth to the Family. 4Trees have released several underground mix-tapes and performed many classic shows together as a family of artists, often collectively known as the Tree Family. T he Nomadic Storyteller's original debut album featuring the 4Trees Family.

This music was written to inform American citizens what is happening to this country because of Corporate and political greed. We only wish to educate.

My music is political and personal folk. It's not always politically correct, but it is honest. At least she believes it's honest.

We're Noos. A band from Guadalajara, México playing songs in Folk Rock, Pop and Blues. Because we are musically bicultured, you can hear a little bit of our own sounds mixed in the music. Hope you guys like it.

Singer Songwriter Chris Nettleton has been writing and performing his unique brand of progressive melodic alternative folk for a number of years now. Chris has had the opportunity to share stages with such chart toppers as David Usher, Dahmnait Doyle, and 54-40 to name a small few. While performing at venues from Halifax to Vancouver Chris is currently working on his next CD at the Banff Centre which he describes as his true debut release although he has put out a number of small demo CD's over years.
