Before entrenching himself in the professional world of recording artists, Louis Lamp began his legal working life as a soldier in the United States Army. As a leader in the Army he has helped in the professional development of a number of soldiers and civilians serving in a variety of occupational specialties and professions.

Today he continues this trend while exercising his technical strengths as a Satellite Communications Systems Operator/Maintainer and graduate of the Basic Installers Course. His advice is sought after from soldier and civilian alike, though he is prone to give you a disclaimer before he gives any advice.

Internationally published composer and televised violinist, Louis Lamp draws no lines or boundaries on what he plays except for the scope and vision of the music.

Louis Lamp is a recipient of the 2006 Makato Artist of the Year Award.
