The Gibson Les Paul is a solid body electric guitar that was first sold in 1952.
The Les Paul was designed by Ted McCarty in collaboration with popular guitarist
Les Paul, whom Gibson enlisted to endorse the new model. It is one of the most
well-known electric guitar types in the world, along with the Fender Stratocaster
and Telecaster.
Beyond shaping and body design, there are a number of characteristics that distinguish the Gibson Les Paul line from other electric guitars. For example, in a fashion similar to Gibson's hollow-body instruments, the strings of Les Paul guitars are always mounted on the top of the guitar body, rather than through the guitar body, as seen in competitor Fender's designs.

pre-drilled. This is a huge plus compared to similar kits sold by our competition which require you to drill your own bridge and tail piece holes.
The Mahogany is real wood, not compressed fiber board. This is one of the finest Kits available today.

on the back and shoulders for performing musicians. Kit comes complete with all the hardward needed to build
a quality instrument.
"I purchased a kit to build a Les Paul style guitar from EVOR. I retired from the Navy a few months ago, and this is sort of a combination challenge and gift to myself. Having never really done any woodworking I had an
idea in my head of a patirotic Captain America Theme that I wanted to have on the guitar.
I loved the kit when it arrived. There were no instructions (other then a wiring diagram)
but I used the links on your site to find the info I needed to complete my assembly.
