Worlds Apart, who have performed and recorded together since the early 90's is a melodic rock band from the San Francisco Bay Area. Worlds Apart has released 4 CD's on Perris Records as one of their top selling artist. Since the beginning Worlds Apart has played to sold out crowds, headlining as well as directly supporting many national acts such as Dokken, Y&T, Night Ranger, Cinderella, Firehouse, Zakk Wylde, MSG, Montrose, Bang Tango, Enuff Z'nuff and many, many others. Worlds Apart's 5th album "Separate Ways" released on A.F.O. Records is a collection of songs which were recorded on a 16 track analog tape machine back in 1992 yet never officially released. Worlds Apart decided the fans deserved to hear these songs as they were meant to be heard so we enlisted recording artist and super producer Johnny Lima to re-mix the original analog tracks as well as the amazing Anthony Focx to do the mastering.

A Fair Forgery of Pink Floyd is a 2 CD compilation of 30 Pink Floyd obscurities and classics performed by 29 different bands most from the Los Angeles area. AFFoPF has more than 2 hours of music done in a wide variety of styles with songs 1 through 16 are more "indie and interpretive" whereas songs 17 through 30 tend to be more "traditional or prog" Although not streamed here, the current version of AFFoPF includes "Another Brick in the Mason's Wall" -- a hip hop reworking of Another Brick in the Wall by Big Lee who describes his experiences with public education in Southern California ("You ever wonder why they call LA the melting pot? They added pistols, cracks and Aids just to see what it's got.")

A Fair Forgery of Pink Floyd was ranked No. 20 in the Gagliarchives radio program's poll of the the top 100 progressive CDs of 2003. Gagliarchives is heard on WBZC FM 88.9 Southern New Jersey and over the internet.

You will be hard pressed to find a band more dedicated to the local rock scene than Signs of Iris. On any given weekend, the Greenville quartet can generally be found supporting, drinking and mingling at a local show, provided they aren’t already playing it. With their first full length, Here’s to Nueve, the band shows themselves unafraid to proudly wear their varying influences proudly on sleeve, which is perhaps the only way the sounds of synthy indie, 90's garage ‘grunge,’ and guitar driven classic rock could be fused together without fail.

Vocalist Cassie Posey immediately bursts out as a powerhouse. As she displays in the album opener, “Birds of a Feather,” the girl’s got pipes that rock with the best of them. Triumphantly loud with a distinctive flair of power, Posey commands an admirable range throughout the record. She’s able to throw her voice out in blaring rock-out fashion (“More Lievz”), but can transform into someone more fragile and guarded with a softly added husk (“Love Me,” “Crazy”) at a moment’s notice.

The pace loops about through the album, steadily rising and falling and then rising again, Signs of Iris never run dry of authenticity. And just when you think you’ve pegged the band down, they trow another curve ball. For the best example, stay for the end credits. After the heart-filled acoustic finale, “From You,” the band prepared a…special surprise. I’ll leave it up to you to find the fun, since the secret track is a dying art in general.
