"Secrets From The Lake" is the second collaboration of the piano and cello stylings of popular actor John O'Hurley and world renowned cellist, Marston Smith. It follows the success of their first CD, "Peace Of Our Minds," which debuted at #13 on the Billboard Alternative Classical Charts.

John O'Hurley, Actor, Musician and TV Host, is most known for his portrayal of the eccentric catalog king, J. Peterman, on the hit show "Seinfeld," as well as for his winning performance on the first season of "Dancing With The Stars", and as the current host of "Family Feud." After graduating from Providence College with a theater degree, O'Hurley hit the stages of New York in several plays and operas. He continues his Broadway career currently, starring as Billy Flynn in "Chicago" and King Arthur in "Spamalot." He is a classically-trained vocalist who continues to perform alongside symphonies nationwide. His television career is vast, including daytime drama, primetime drama and comedy (such as "Seinfeld"). In addition to "Family Feud," he has hosted the popular game show "To Tell The Truth" and often lends his voice to some of the best animated projects, such as NBC's "Father of the Pride," and "SpongeBob SquarePants". John has been composing since he was a teenager, some of the tracks on this collaboration, have been "in his head" for twenty years. He is a self-taught pianist.

Elijah Bossenbroek was born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He started playing the piano at age six, but wasn't a typical piano player. He often hated the dull repetition behind learning notes and playing to metronomes. Frustrated, Elijah began writing his own piano compositions at age fourteen.

At the age of eighteen, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he spent the better part of 5 years traveling to places such as Mississippi, Japan, California, and Kuwait. Upon his return from the deserts of Kuwait, Elijah purchased a home recording studio and began working on his first album, "Harmony In Disarray,". In 2007 after gaining a lot of popularity and momentum in the music industry, he was noticed by an A&R at "A Matter of Substance Records" which singed him on a record deal and produced his anticipated second album “Carpe Lumen”.

A moving and encapsulating piece of art. I've never loved a cd more than this one. Only two songs I felt were just decent. Every other song sweeps you off your feet with the sweeping, divine melodies and choral movements.

New age meets classical and pop. Sounds like Sarah Brightman, Enigma, E.S. Posthumus, Vangelis. Such hits as Pie Jesu by Andrew Lloyd Weber, Lacrimosa by Mozart, Canon in D by Pachelbel, Conquest of Paradise by Vangelis is augmented with brand new songs.

Walter White grew up in a musical family near Detroit, Michigan and was inspired at an early age by the music of Louis Armstrong and Ludwig von Beethoven. Trained at Interlochen, Juilliard, the University of Miami, and The Banff Centre, his dynamic trumpet playing led him to work with artists as diverse as Maynard Ferguson, Bob James, Dave Holland, the Woody Herman Orchestra, the Mingus Big Band, and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Walter's playing has graced the soundtracks of motion pictures and television, including network sit-coms 'Taxi' and the 'Cosby Show.' Walter is active as a performer, composer, arranger, and educator and is an avid archer. He frequently produces music for television and film and holds master classes at music schools around the globe. Walter White is a Yamaha Performing Artist and Clinician and plays Yamaha trumpets.

All instrumentalists and vocalists can utilize this unique approach to musical long-tone practice with over an hour of play-along accompaniments for use in the development of breath control, embouchure, and improvisation.
